You can store your leads', contact' and accounts' information, from where you can track the follow-ups (Emails, Phone calls and Appointments) been done so far and qualifying those leads.

Let's get into the Sales Module, starting with what is Lead....

Generally those who does business with us are known as customers, right. There are different types of customers.
1. Existing Customer
2. New Customer.
3. Prospect (Lead).
Existing customer is the existing one, New customer is the one who is novel to our business and there would be some people who are interested to do business with us right? Well, here Lead comes into picture. People who are interested in your Services/ Products called Lead (Prospect).

Lead is a Potential Customer (Standard Definition). And a Lead can be an Account/Contact.

Account:
It’s a group of people. We can say Account could be an Organization/ Partners/ Distributors/ Resellers, etc.,

Contact: A person can be called as contact.

Sales Process

Management of Contacts:

It deals with managing the data across and within the Organization. Enables to maintain the Notes on specific contacts for salespeople handy.

Here are some useful points on Contacts Management.

1. Who's the Contact person for an Organization?
2. Whom to be contacted from each department (point of contact)?
3. What is their Address?
4. What is their Email address and Phone Number?
5. Recent interactions done on that particular record (Specific Contact) and about upcoming calls      information.
